Real-time age verification
NetID Gateway crosschecks consumer information against a wealth of independent data sources, ensuring the highest match rate possible. Typically, 95% of adults can be checked, and age verified in less than one second.
NetIDme users are already verified
In addition, anyone who has already been verified by NetIDme (on another website), will have their own unique ‘NetID’ (an encrypted online ID token) which they can use to confirm their age on your site.
100% verification, with offline back-up service
If we can’t verify your customer instantly online, (for instance if they don’t have an adequate or accurate electronic footprint, or they don’t have their own NetID) then our system will automatically trigger additional verification steps. For example, we would ask the customer to send us supporting ID documentation via email.
Importantly, if the customer is under 18, we will always seek parental consent before requesting supporting documentation.
This means that we can securely verify everyone who comes to your site, ensuring that you will never lose a genuine customer.
Branding & Design
NetID Gateway offers a co-branded user interface that can be designed with a look and feel that is consistent with your own site. During the design process, our user interfaces are tested with a sample of users for usability and accessibility.
There are no development requirements at your end. Essentially, all you need to do is insert three lines of code, and everything else is taken care of at our end.
